Service: Expert to Author Experience

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, coaching programs, and materials provided by Blank Page to Author (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Services are intended for established entrepreneurs, coaches, and speakers aged 18 or older.

  • By using our services, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and are capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Services Provided

  • The Company offers the Expert to Author Experience, including:

    • Coaching sessions (1:1 or group as applicable)

    • AI-assisted manuscript development

    • Developmental editing and publishing guidance

    • Access to resources, tools, and support via email or in-session communication

  • Results are not guaranteed. Client success depends on effort, engagement, and timely completion of program requirements.

3. Use of Materials

  • All content, coaching materials, frameworks, templates, and resources provided by the Company remain intellectual property of the Company.

  • You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless expressly authorized in writing.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Company materials is prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees for services are outlined in the Client Agreement.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Late fees or no-show fees may apply as detailed in the Client Agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time and prepared.

  • Complete assignments and exercises as directed.

  • Respect the Company’s materials, methods, and coaching staff.

  • Maintain confidentiality for any other clients’ information you may encounter.

6. Confidentiality

  • Any personal or business information shared with the Company is confidential.

  • Similarly, you are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any other clients, sensitive material, or proprietary Company methods encountered.

7. Marketing and Media

  • Sessions may be recorded or excerpted for marketing purposes.

  • You may submit a written request to opt out of marketing use; we will review but cannot guarantee full compliance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use services to violate any law or regulation.

  • Misrepresent the Company, its services, or your participation.

  • Use spam, misleading ads, or other unethical marketing to promote services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific financial, career, or business results.

  • Company liability for any claims arising out of your participation is limited to the fees paid for services.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

  • The Company may terminate your access to services at any time for violations of these Terms.

  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

  • The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the website or distribution to clients.
